Support and F.A.Q

Digital typefaces are software, everybody who reproduce text with the font archive, needs a permission of use called End User Font License. I.g: installing the font in computers, embedding in apps, use for the text in a website or the credits for a film. Given the diversity of possible context and ranges, there are different types of licenses we have a resume in this page or you can read the Full Licences (pdf).

License-Holder or Font-Owner?

The author of the font (typedesigner) own all the rights and intellectual property of the fonts and who acquire a license is a License-Holder. It can be a company, an organization or a person. We extend the type of license for the specific case, with name, country and contact of the License Holder. The only exception to this rule can be a Custom Licence, please contact us for any question.

Working with others

A License cannot be transferred, just can be updated. And font files cannot be shared, including your clients, developers or printing company. You can make outlines and pdf attachments within the workflow of your production with the font embedded in read only mode, but when this is not possible, the third party must destroy the fonts files upon the end of production. In exactly the same way they no longer use your illustrations, photos or text for anything else.

Not every computer on your network needs a font license:

Only machines on which the fonts are operational, and those on which they are stored, need a license. In the case of Desktop Licences for create new texts/images/videos, and in the case of Webfonts for display text from a Hosting into the visitor’s browsers.

When installing the font in more dispositives is necessary, your numbers of visits is growing or you distribute your video world wide, you need an license update or maybe a custom license. Please contact us for any question.

In no case can you make another typeface from this fonts, add or remove characters, modify the contours, etc. Transform a font file in another (i.e, from .woff to .otf) is also prohibited.
